About Sara Castellano

Sara Castellano

I believe in a world where behavior analysis can support every person in achieving their goals—no matter how big or small. With the right tools and guidance, people can strengthen their relationships, build better communication, and create meaningful change in their lives.

That’s why my mission is to empower individuals and families by applying the principles of behavior analysis in a compassionate, practical, and personalized way. I do this through thorough assessments, individualized treatment plans, tailored resources, and ongoing support—all designed to meet you where you are and help you move forward.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a master’s degree and state credentials, I am qualified to practice behavior analysis independently. In addition to providing direct services, I also supervise assistant behavior analysts and ensure that all services reflect the core dimensions of applied behavior analysis. My work includes conducting behavioral assessments, analyzing data, writing and refining treatment plans, mentoring newly credentialed behavior analysts, and overseeing their implementation.

Above all, quality is my priority. That’s why I personally deliver all services to ensure you receive consistent, high-level care and support. I am deeply committed to helping you or your loved one gain the skills, strategies, and confidence to thrive.
